These warm up sheets are designed to be the first thing that you play when you get your instrument out. 

Play these lightly, and focus on creating your best quality sound. Don’t press on two hard or force any sounds. 

Also, don’t move on from your warm up until you are happy with how your playing sounds and feels. You might need to spend a bit more time warming up!
